KALISOP® GRAN.

KALISOP GRAN. is a highly concentrated compound fertilizer in granular form with potassium and sulfur.

• Practically chloride-free (max. 1.5% Cl) and therefore particularly suitable for special crops such as turf.
• Can be applied as microgranules precisely and as needed.
• Particularly suitable for the production of micro-granulate blends.
• Quickly water-soluble and completely plant-available potassium sulfate.
• Extracted from natural crude salt deposits in Germany.
• Approved for use in organic farming in accordance with Regulations (EU) No. 2018/848 and (EC) No. 889/2008.
• Practically free of pollutants and impurities due to its natural origin.
• Acts independently of the pH of the soil and does not affect it.
• No risk of soil salinization during drought due to low salt index.
• Increases tolerance to drought stress, frost damage, and disease pressure.
• Also available in bulk and big bag.
• Not all packaging sizes are available in each country.

  The optimum application rate depends on the nutrient content of the soil, the cropping intensity, and the yield expectation. The following recommendations are only guidelines.

K+S’s plant nutrients are extracted from natural underground deposits of crude salt. They were formed many millions of years ago when primeval seas evaporated. Today, the salt layers are covered by several hundred meters of rock. They are mined by K+S and processed above ground into our products.

Due to the natural raw materials and the minimal processing effort required for further processing, many K+S products are ideally suited for organic farming and are approved for organic farming in accordance with EU Regulation 2018/848 and EC Regulation 889/2008.

The product should be stored in a dry place and covered with a plastic tarpaulin to protect it from humidity. When storing loose goods, steel girders and supports should be protected against corrosion, and the floor as well as the walls should also be provided with a protective coating. Walls and roof beams made of wood have proved to be particularly resistant.
